Office of the Clerk
The Office of the Clerk is responsible for maintaining all records of the township.
The Clerk is responsible for handling all Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
The Clerk is responsible for conducting all elections within the township. This includes voting at the National, State, County and Township levels and includes elections for local school districts, libraries and special elections. In this function the Clerk is responsible for Voter Registration and maintaining the list of registered voters. Additionally, Absentee Ballots are requested from the Clerk. The Clerk is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of all functions at the township hall. Besides the various Township Board, Commission, and Committee meetings, the Clerk can schedule meetings for homeowner, civic and other non-profit groups.
The Clerk is a voting member of the five member Board of Trustees.
