Notice of Public Hearing

PROPOSED AMMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE:

Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Coldwater Township will hold a public hearing on November 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Coldwater Township Hall at 319 Sprague Road, Coldwater, MI 49036. The public hearing will provide interested parties with the opportunity to comment on the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments. The following proposed amendments are to Table 5-2 Schedule of Uses: Commercial and Industrial Districts and to allow Manufacturing, Processing, and Packaging – Light as a Special Land Use.
