COLDWATER TOWNSHIP PICKLEBALL COMPLEX
Our facility features eight well-maintained pickleball courts and two pavilions in the pickleball area.
The courts are open for public use at any time; however, non-profit organizations may rent the facility for fundraising tournaments on any day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. or dusk if earlier.
The user must be a non-profit organization providing community services, goods, or benefits to those within a 15-mile radius of the Township. A non-profit organization is any group (1) organized for a public or social purpose other than for generating profit for its members, officers, or directors; (2) formed under the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act; and (3) has tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). User shall provide the Township with a CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.

Pickleball Court Rules
Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis for pickleball use only!
Remember:
- Use at your own risk
- Wear soft-soled shoes like sneakers
- Persons waiting to play must stay outside the court
- No food or beverages, except water, on the court
- No alcohol, glass, pets, profanity, or smoking
- No rollerblades, bicycles, or skateboards
- Children under 12 must be supervised
- No unauthorized paid athletic services, i.e., no private/professional lessons
- Observe proper pickleball etiquette
- Wait until play has stopped before crossing a court
- Call “BALL” if you ball goes towards another court
- Be courteous to other players
